Sharon Yvonne Stone is the sole child born to Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, a tool-and-die manufacturer and former worker in a factory. She was born on 10 March 1958, at Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone has a talent in school as a young child, began her second-grade education at age five. In 1975 Stone graduated from Saegertown high school located in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone winning Miss Crawford County. Stone moved into New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt in order to pursue a career as a model. In just a few months, she signed up with Ford Modeling Agency. She soon relocated to Europe and spent a full year with her aunt in Milan and Paris. Stone was, however, dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. Stone decided to pursue her career as an actress while living in Europe. Stone appeared in Woody Allen's movie "Stardust Memories" in the year 20. The movie received diverse reactions.
